TERMS OF SERVICE

DMV PRO TRAINERS COMPETITION PREP is a bodybuilding competition prep and progress tracking system. It provides tools for logging body weight, measurements, progress photos, nutrition, training, cardio, steps, water, sleep, posing, check-ins and related prep data.

The service is a tracking and adherence tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or assess medical health or competition readiness. Prep Score measures adherence to your own established targets only.

The app never prescribes or modifies calories, macros, cardio targets, water targets, sodium, supplements, medication, diuretics or peak-week protocols. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet, training or health regimen.

Full access requires the DMV PRO TRAINERS COMPETITION PREP MEMBERSHIP at $99.99 USD per month plus applicable sales tax. Applicable tax is calculated from your billing location and shown separately, together with the final total, before you pay.

There is no free plan, no free trial and no basic tier.

Your subscription automatically renews monthly until canceled. You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file.

Payments are collected through our payment provider's secure checkout. Card numbers are never stored in this app.

You may cancel your membership at any time from Profile → Billing & Membership, via the secure customer billing portal.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which premium tracking features are restricted.

When a membership ends, your stored prep history is not deleted. Your account and billing settings remain accessible.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Each membership covers one athlete profile. Your records are private to your account and protected by access controls.

Personal Competition Prep Coaching, Online Training, Nutrition Coaching and Posing Coaching are separate DMV PRO TRAINERS services. They are not included in the $99.99/month app membership and are arranged separately.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access another athlete's data, or interfere with the operation of the app.

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMV PRO TRAINERS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Use of the tracking tools is at your own risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
