REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

The membership is a monthly subscription that automatically renews each month until canceled. Each renewal charges $99.99 USD plus applicable sales tax to the payment method on file.

You can cancel at any time: sign in, open Profile → Billing & Membership, and use MANAGE PAYMENT METHOD OR CANCEL to reach the secure customer billing portal, where you can cancel your membership.

Cancellation stops future renewals — you will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.

After you cancel, your full access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Once that paid period ends, premium tracking features are restricted, while your account and billing settings remain accessible.

Your stored prep history — check-ins, photos, measurements and reports — is never automatically deleted when a membership ends.

Because membership provides immediate access to the full digital service, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact DMV PRO TRAINERS through the coaching application form in the app or the contact method listed on our official channels and we will review the charge.

Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, your membership is marked past due and you will be asked to update your payment method. Access may be restricted if the payment cannot be collected.

Applicable sales tax is calculated from your billing location, shown separately from the $99.99 subscription price at checkout, and itemized on your receipts.
