Account information: your email address and the password you use to sign in.

Athlete profile information you enter during onboarding, such as your name, age, sex, height, division, federation and competition details.

Prep data you log, including body weight, measurements, progress photos, nutrition, training, cardio, steps, water, sleep, energy, hunger, stress, digestion, posing sessions, check-ins and notes.

Coaching application details you submit through the coaching form, such as your name, email, phone number and goals.

To provide the competition-prep tracking features of the app, including your dashboard, countdown, charts, Prep Score, analysis and weekly reports.

To manage your membership and billing.

To respond to coaching applications and support requests.

Your data is never sold to third parties.

Progress photos are stored in private storage linked only to your account. They are never given public URLs and are not accessible to other athletes.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card numbers and payment details are entered on the provider's secure checkout and are never stored in this app or in our database.

Your records are stored in a secured database with row-level access controls so that each athlete can only read and modify their own data. No athlete can access another athlete's records.

Your prep history is retained while your account exists. If your membership ends or is canceled, your stored history is not automatically deleted; premium tracking features pause while your account and billing settings remain accessible.

This app is a tracking and adherence tool. It does not provide medical advice, and Prep Score does not assess medical health or competition readiness.
